HURST ROAD EXTENSION, HASSOCKS
This project is currently ongoing, with the planning application submitted we are awaiting approval. Situated in the rural village of Hassocks, 20 minutes outside of Brighton, the client wanted a large 2 storey extension to the rear of the detached property. The extension will provide new living, kitchen, and dining space on the ground floor, whilst constructing an additional 2 en suites and enlargement of 2 bedrooms. There will also be internal modifications and refurbishment to provide the spaces this family need. As well as the extension to the rear, a porch is to be placed on the front of the property and a detached garage in the driveway.
RUE DES POINTUES ROCQUES EXTENSION, GUERNSEY
This project is currently ongoing, with the planning application submitted we are awaiting approval. Situated in the parish of St Sampsons in Guernsey, the client wanted a small 1 storey extension to the side of the semi-detached property. The extension will provide new storage area with doors to front and the rear to also offer a side access to the property. Its aesthetic is to mirror the existing garage on the opposite side of the property.
